Any advice on how to deal with a Bag 3 rep who doesn’t work? Caught him making false calls, DM and RD knows and there’s proof yet nothing is done. What can be done? Rep will win Summit this year
 




Whether he/she is sleeping with the docs.. who cares. It’s the Abbvie way. Produce or be gone. They are producing and the calls are only to get scripts. Scripts are EVERYTHING at Abbvie. Sell Sell Sell.

bag 3 reps have run through all their viable targets by Monday afternoon so blame the Vraylar brand team for being so clueless as to assign a salesforce to call on such a lame panel filled with no see providers. Maybe you could switch bags with them and find out how fun that role is

Look for compliance violations. It's your only hope. Then when you tell management about it in an email they will be forced to act because it's documented. Look for lunches where the physician wasn't there so it's improperly recorded with the Sunshine Act. They don't want to do their jobs, despite the fact that that's why they are being paid a stupidly high salary. Wait... they also have to tell you if it's not your message it's your activity that needs work.

If the rep will win summit, then why the f are you in a position to be saying anything about the way they go about their day? Are you really that much of a try hard dork? Have you ever realized that the majority of pharma is luck and right place at right time? It has nothing to do with out working anyone. This isn’t operating room or Cath lab med device. You are getting paid well to bring docs lunch. Sit on your sofa some and lighten up. Focus on your family. Focus on your hobbies. Life is too short to care that much about a job that doesn’t love you back.

They only need 40 scripts a week, why work 8 hours for that? That's a 11 to 2 work day goal M thru TH..
