Look for compliance violations.  It's your only hope. Then when you tell management about it in an email they will be forced to act because it's documented.  Look for lunches where the physician wasn't there so it's improperly recorded with the Sunshine Act. They don't want to do their jobs, despite the fact that that's why they are being paid a stupidly high salary. Wait... they also have to tell you if it's not your message it's your activity that needs work.
