Unless your source is on the Exec Committee or is LC herself, take it with a grain of salt. Rumors to this nature have been around for 5 years now...
I heard this at VERY high level too. LC is getting a chance to ruin another company. They are paying more than her salary J&J comp of $1.8M salary and $9.2MM in other incentives annually. She is getting an offer to do something that is much more than J&J is giving her so she'd be stupid not to take it.
Remember, she took the gig for 6 years and that's coming up so it makes sense that she is wanting to leave on the high and also before idiots at J&J figure out that she made J&J IT structure look like deck of cards, hallowing it out from within. Someone else will leave the bag holding and get out while she can still show positive picture to EC.
She is ready to leave and now has the right reasons to leave. J&J won't be matching what the other guys are offering so she is going to walk.
This is why this board has no credibility. This is a baseless rumor, so dream on.
Giants signed her as an insurance policy in case they can't come to terms with Osi. The Giants were impressed by the way LC pancaked anyone who gets in her way. Rumor is that the Giants are also interested in MH as an OT and JB as a kick returner. They were impressed with JB's canny evasive moves, and MH's size and ability to move the pile.

great idea, give her a taste of her own medicine. She needs to know how it is to unjustifiably ruin someone's career. Although in her case it would justified. People lets stand together and put the Social Media to work.
