LDR does not participate in PODs. They don't have much to offer a POD.

LDR needs to be bought to rid the company of Kyphon rejects. Are the distributors happy?
Not for long when LDR drops points and looks to add select directs to help with a very slow quarter.

How about a direct hire and then hire six new distributors in your backyard. Sounds great huh. Now that is spine company----NOT! That is a niche company gone bad.
I have already seen three fractures associated with the cervical blades and two with the lumbar ALIF blades. Not real good data if I was a patient or a surgeon.
I had one surgeon tell me please don't bring that corpectomy to be cage in here.

and, NuVasive does have a nice Cervical stand-alone device.

Nuvasive does have a pretty cool cervical stand alone. LDR has the Mobi-C TDR for two levels now.
If this is the same Chris you referred to he is one hell of a guy and has great spine knowledge. Does anyone know what he is up to?

Why dont surgeons just hammer those peek plastic Coroent spine spacers into cervical spaces?

Aint like the FDA actually would give a rats.

I saw the xray images of this guy who came into our Emergency Room complaining of back pain...whole dang Nuvasive Coroent plastic spine spacer came outta his spine and was floating inside his body. Dang guy was broken in half and had nothing between his vertebrae holding him together.

If FIXATION was used on him with his plastic spine spacer....he wouldnt have fell apart. Poor SOB died 2 days later.

Surgeons need to take advantage of the FDA being ordered to do nothing about the Cage Rage. Start hammering Coroent's into cervical spaces with no fixation....it'll work. LOL!

If by screwed you mean fired for not contributing and not showing up for a surgery because he was doing home improvement, yeah, he got "screwed"
