Run from this company and especially this division. Lead Management is a sinking ship. Product is quickly losing market share to a superior device. Leadership is as outdated as the product they are pushing.

Great comments! I had my interview in Richmond last week. Wow, the Regional Manager (KJ) and the National Sales Manager (KD) were interesting. The NSM led the whole interview. The RM hardly said a word! In fact, the RM was on his phone half the time during the interview... talk about trying to be engaged in the process. I wouldn't work for these guys if given the opportunity. Pretty unprofessional.

Is lead management still in existence? Once the competition came out with manual tools to go along with laser I figured it was the end of LM. However I'm sure their great leader LG can save the shrinking ship with a new product or just keep lowering commissions to show the company is still in the black. I think it's way overdo to bring in fresh blood and make something worthwhile that the surgeons can get excited about. If not enjoy working for PI

Pipeline-that is funny. I have been here for 3 plus years and this division is going straight in the toilet. MM is an untested sales rep that got promoted based on location. He is a glorified paper pusher that feels the answer to all questions is in his stupid Pipeline report. He is a worthless manager. LG needs to just retire. KD is old and doesn't care anymore-he is just collecting a check pretending to worK. LM should close the books for Cook--just get out--Spectranetics laser is gold std...look elsewhere for work!!
