Not much has changed. Making more money in the GBU vs. any other company. Why would we leave? Once that changes- if it changes- I'm sure you will see a mass exodus. Plenty of good paying companies looking.
 


Amgen is a sick place. F Bob for not watching the ship while he was running for Congress and letting us get purchased by BMY. Only more toxic culture out there than Amgen.

Otezla dermatology culture has been obliterated. All of Ron's work to build a team of people focused on performance is gone. Most of the good reps and DMs have either left or been fired/run off by the White Witch who is running a culture of fakery over there. I left as well after she wanted to ride with me and then bad mouthed me to the rest of the company. Guess what, my territories NBRX have been down every single month since I left. Same across all sorts of territories where high performers got targeted.

Their culture is 100% built on faking numbers so that she can sell Ian and Murdo (she doesn't even pay attention to Susan) on how great she is. Smoke and mirrors but they love her.

Was on trips with her and she treats her husband like a dog. That should tell you all you need to know. Beware of agnostic, power hungry women who try to top every story you tell. Attention: you are not an athlete and little girls soccer is a scam. You would be better off putting that $50k a year in index funds and giving to your kids when they are 18 than running them through that scam so they can go to Agoura Hills community college on a "full ride" for girls soccer.
 


I thought Amgen would be great to work for, but it is a toxic and sick place. They actually have people committing su*c*de because of the sick manipulation of the employee relations process.
