Curious feedback. If you resign are you paid owed comissions prior months, Legally I know the answer to be yes but looking for confirmation. The law states comissions are to be paid in full past work. Can someone please comment with real experince.

Most companies that pay bonuses have language that you have to sign off on like policy tests. Such as if you leave before the quarter, no bonus for you. Each co is different so you need to see what you signed off on. Good luck.

i am trying to get out as well. 20 year career in North Central and it’s now a joke. Senior management is not the caliber that someone would expect from a company of this size! They have promised me help for months by means of a new hire with a job that’s been posted for over eight months. Go on company website and review job postings and when they originated. Nothing has been filled. Typical last quarter bs to save a nickel and look good for Wall Street. Competition- if you want to get additional business, go after the accounts now. Labcorp won’t do lunches and service customers at bare minimums in order to look good. Great company 3/4 of the year but everything shuts down 4th quarter. What a way to help patients and customers!

4th quarter portion is true but not the hiring part. We are in a hiring freeze and I assume it effects North Central as well. Numbers are not as good as they thought. Good luck. Friend of mine left and non-compete is a joke!
