Merger? Too funny it is a take over by TAP. I am so tired of the TAP folks bragging how they did everything better. Stop bragging and start working, it may be a new concept for some of the TAP folks. Yes we actually work at Takeda and not at a snails pace.
The truth is that this could be a great synergy of the company if people would stop trying to get the next job when they just got this one. I do not understand the TAP folks already have the better positions so stop trying to justify yourself, be a team player take some responsibilty and do your job.
Since Lee and upper management will not decide what everyones responsibilities are the IT staff will just keep floundering because what once use to work for the most part is now a total disarray.
Lee how about figuring out what you will do with your organization instead of saying yes to everyone who is above you. Protect the people who work to make your IT organization run instead of looking to make heads role.
