I say our goals aren't tied to the company achieveing double-digit growth. Is that hard to understand?
Thanks genius. No, they are not tied to our goals. I do however find it funny that the company is enjoying wonderful success every year but sales bonuses keep shrinking because less people are making their I.C. Attainment. See how they do that, it's slight of hand, like magic.
You are a true dumb dumb.
I like how people talk out of both sides of their mouth on the site. First, people bitch that our sales should have been better (despite our success) and management has screwed things up, but then people like you like to act like the success has been phenomenally great and that the salesforce should be compensated for it. It's hilarious.
Look, whether you like it or not, if the company's growth goal is 15% and we hit 13%, we failed to meet our corporate goals. Despite how successful the company may be, our goals are ultimately tied to our financial projections and aspirations, not just solely what gowth percentage we hit. Call me "dumb dumb" all you want, but I'm right and you're wrong. Study up on corporate America sometime and you'll be a bit more educated next time you get on here.
YOU ARE SOOO RIGHT. Launching Victoza at over200% over expectations is a miserable failure. Go fuck yourself Mr. Corporate America. That's the problem, corporation big wigs and board members get fat, and we don't. How did you enjoy your 1% raise each of the last 3years as our stock price went from 60 to 120 per share. How do you think all of tat revenue comes in? They need to adjust the ratio of compensation because it SHRINKS every year.
Glad you used the Victoza example--over 40% of the sales force got paid 100% payout or higher, and then the company kicked in an additional 15% bonus payout plus another $1500-$2000 depending on whether you were a V, L, or N. Victoza performed and then Novo paid the salesforce for it.
My raise was 7.5% last year. If you got 1%, it's b/c you didn't perform well. Just b/c the company did well as a whole doesn't mean everyone did well individually. Grow up and face the facts that the people who perform get paid and the ones who don't bitch about it.

The top raise possible last year was 7%. Try again
Every level needs to up their game and upgrade skills. The fat cat days/brand yourself bull---- will be over soon. We are ridiculously overpaid, healthcare is a mess so enjoy the pay while it lasts.
