I’ll start. The environment. So much wasted gas in these terribly drawn territories people don’t live in and have to go back and forth for DT purposes.

Sales, oh definitely sales. They will never admit this out loud but anyone with a brain can do the math.

Mental health of salespeople. Anyone who transitions to sales from a corporate job or another Field Based job cannot believe all the stuff that is dumped on us. Everyone thinks our job is so easy until they move into it from another and realize it is the worst and hardest job in the company.

Omgosshhhhh people. We are for sure killing our people. Medical leaves and hospital stays. This is unprecedented. Care about our well being is a joke. The company is satan. The only good people not looking for new jobs are the ones too tired to do so atm.

They wonder why Ozempic is beating MJ....it's their AI/D.T. strategy....it's failing and they won't admit it---so wait do more programs...I mean we can't tell you to do more programs... we are harassing offices with 2 reps that are of "low value" according to AI and wondering why offices are becoming no see. We don't need 2 PCP reps per territory...what a demotion the new foot print is to any spec reps, and should we even discuss the reps brought over from Triumph... what a fire dump this leadership has created....count down to change.
