Here's the situation: I'm not working one more fucking minute until you people figure out the fucking goals and figure out a steady, consistent payment schedule for bonuses. At EVERY other company I've ever worked for they had at least a target date on a calendar that they'd adhere to. What the HELL is the problem here? You obviously have the fucking numbers. Get it going.
 


Shut up already... the payouts are ALWAYS paid at the end of the second month of the quarter. Has happened that way since I have been here moron. Find something else to bitch about. No one wants to hear it.
 


No why don't YOU shut the hell up. The above poster is correct. We wait until nearly the next quarter before goals every single time and we never have a good idea when those payouts will happen. Always an over promise and under deliver from the company.
 


That just shows that you have no clue. Check your pay stubs. ALWAYS the end of the 2nd month, as I said before. And you are still a moron.

As far as goals, it does take some time at the start of ANY year to get the goals. What does it matter when you get your goals, your still not going to hit them, since you spend more time complaining than working. If it sucks so bad here then go find another job. And please spare us the " i am stealing a paycheck here while i look" speech. We've all heard it before by the same 5 people who post all of the crap on this board.

Oh oh how nice that would be for jazz if it was only 5 people. Get your facts straight, bubba. It is more like 55 people that lie, cheat and steal. This is a supplement job true and true.

True dat! They cannot even get the conf. call number right much less get sales results out each Thursday. Why should we think they could get goals to us within a reasonable time? I mean, they didn't even do a damn thing diffrent this year. So what's the hold up? I wanna know how bad it is gonna ream me is all.
