The previous poster with Dr Sneezalot is a rare outlier. Trials don’t support that length of sneezing episode as a normal adverse event, and in all the doctors and patients I have heard from or about to date, I haven’t heard one story that even approaches that level of reaction. I’m not suggesting that there aren't some people who have experienced such an episode, but its not anywhere in the norm. Its an Outlier! Probably comparably less than the people who had an all day metallic taste on Xiidra and then nausea and or vomiting as a result of that taste triggering those additional responses.

OMG! Y'all are some creepy arse kisser. You might not have our customers call you out on “taste and then nausea and or vomiting as a result of that taste triggering those additional responses” but you lose credibility when you make statements like that. This is a marathon and you are shooting us in the foot with silly stories like that. Keep your message on our product and don’t start to lose credibility this early. Keep working hard and it will pay off.
omg way are you up at 4 worried about this? Uptake should be something keeping us upOmg if you don’t think sneezing is an issue then you seriously need to ask your doctors to be honest with you! It’s the #1 side effect and yet the sales force looks like a deer in the headlights when they hear this. it’s crazy!
I am running my car in the ground. Metro territories are advantaged not putting many miles on their cars. Unfair.
Every situation is different. You do want a small territory for numerous reasons in this economical environment.I am running my car in the ground. Metro territories are advantaged not putting many miles on their cars. Unfair.
When the time comes to replace our cars I hope cars are availableI am running my car in the ground. Metro territories are advantaged not putting many miles on their cars. Unfair.
Hey there, I work in the eyecare space. Not a competitor. I hear from physicians daily that this product is sub par and not interested! Dry Eye market is saturated as it is. Most people want to put an eye drop in their eye.
Also, hear a lot about bad taste! No thanks! Good luck yall! You can only reinvent the wheel so many times!
nice try though.
It is becoming more and more apparent that we we hired a sales force that is too large. Wish I had more customers and territory.
Please keep John Sneezarenko away from customers. He’s awkward, uncomfortable and noncompliant with his off label claims. Why can he say things but I can’t?
The customer interactions with him aren’t great but he spins a story when he retells it. If only we had dashboard cameras….
