What's the gang here think about what the Lipo folks did? Changing things in the press to make it look like they are out? I hear we have the "option" of working with them for 90 days before they cut us. Are we going to continue to work with them or let them know who's boss?

Oh there is plenty Lipo has done wrong over the years (and still doing) as well. Things that make BioDiagnostics look like angels. So please get off your high horse.

Yes, Lipo gives out gift cards...a stark violation, but hard to prove.

And yet, HDL just flat out pays off docs for allowing the blatent test over-utilization and gross overcharging of their patients. Not even a slap on the wrist yet. Wow...HDL must have friends into the right places.

Their reps are joining forces with another company, and between 3 different offerings, giving the docs $85 in P and H. Oh yeah, they are going to go down along with some doctors for enticement. Do I hear jail time? YES.
