Litigation - Pre call planning Veeva notes

I can't wait to begin writing PRE CALL PLANNING notes in Veeva.:cool: I will make sure that the pre-call planning notes are VERY detailed. I don't actually think anyone will read the notes (except for the litigation lawyers). I haven't had to write PRE CALL NOTES since the 80s.
Do you think the new Millennials and Gen Z will know what can and can't be written in a pre-call note? :eek:
I am SURE it will be abbreviated and illegible to most people (except lawyers). WTF?????

You’re acting as if veeva will be up and running. Lately, I am less than impressed with GSK IT and their constantly pulling back releases. Kind of a joke.
