LOWER THE GOALS

Dear Management,

Today around 10% of the sales force is hitting the Iyuzeh goal. This has been the trend since launch (speaking generally- most people not hitting the goal). The salesforce is trying to get more Rx, but it’s not easy and it’s doesn’t help that we feel like we are set up to lose. We are already underpaid in the salary dept and now are also struggling on the commission side (which even at target is below what the competition pays). You all say you value us and want us around. How about acting like it for a change?

trying to sell a pf free glaucoma drop has failed miserably for over a decade. ask merk. you will all eventually be laid off. they arent going to adjust goals to pay you more knowing in a year you wont be there.

sorry for the bad news. if you werent in eyecare before i really feel for you. if you were in eyecare before you should of known better.

I’m not sure that I have ever felt like the company I work for cares this little. How can you justify continuing to raise goals that most can’t hit? How does that make sense? If your goal is to demotivate the sales force- you guys are killing it, seriously! Great job!

How about taking all the KOL's and everyone else in their practice and releasing those rankings.
There will still be the advantage of KOL's in the local area where they practice but I would love to see those rankings.

Working at Thea must be similar to the sad life of a Tesla cybertruck driver...you may think you're respected by your peers, however, the whole eyecare industry is laughing at you because of the advanced clown car/company you're with. How much do ya even spend on your OTC sample tables...sorry, I mean "exhibit booths" (that are crawling with 10 extra Thea employees.)

Also, that ghetto stack of ivizia samples bravo to your next-level marketing.

Tarsus wins

The Vice President of Thea Marketing is a blowhard. Thinks he is all knowing but he is a total joke. Agree the booth is overstocked full of OTC IVIZIA samples and promotional material. And totally overstaffed. USA management at this company is incompetent. Since day one.
