Should I begin by addressing the lack of communication, dear Teresa and Ashley? Your actions speak far louder than your emails, videos, and time on stage. You both had the opportunity to address the recent LTI changes, which can have devastating impacts—especially on two individuals retiring this year—but you chose not to.
We understand that Roche has the authority to adjust our benefits. However, the way you handled this change—without communicating it to us—was unacceptable.
