MDT takes over the market ---- right. The Bard deal with Boston just killed Medtronic.

All these DCBs are the same. Boston's sales force is in every lab. Medtronic struggles to put together a peripheral vascular by taping together invatec/ev3 and legacy Medtronc and ending up in 3rd place in every product line.

Anyone remember Medtronic Pioneer Plus Reentry Catheter?

Yeah, didn't think so.
 
Medtronic will be lucky to get 10% of the market. If it's 100 M, we will get 90% of it. I'm killing it in my territory. Boston just helps that much more. EVeryone in my district is killing it as well. this is EZ!
 
Ha, it cracks me up how often upper management post on these boards. Things have to be soooo positive about this Boston deal, well I don't see it that way. It so short sided! For example, when we bought the Crosser, it was all about "pull-through". Now we finally get a real product in our bag and they outsource the selling to Boston. How does that let us achieve "pull-through" if I never get to see a good portion of the high volume docs. This is GREAT for Bard in the near future, BAD for us reps and Bard in the far future. Does no one else see this? It's another example of Bard lying to the street and the sales force saying this is in our best interest. Just like they lied when they said MDT would be a year or more behind us in the launch of a DCB.

No one lied to you or the street about anything. The Boston deal gets more people in more cases selling this product against the larger MDT sales force. You have your own accounts and it sounds like you lack the relationships to deliver your quota. Get a grip rookie!
