He may be over the top with some things he is posting but there is much truth to what he is posting about patient services dept .Nora Toscano has poisoned the department which was once a reputable solid department. She fears being challenged , is not qualified and doesn’t have the education or experience to have the position . She is a liability to the department and company for decisions she has made that directly defies the companies compliance standards . Please take a look her as she will cost the company $$$$ if they are audited !
