Going to hit prior to retention payouts. Then also look for mass exodus after the payout.

Ask Novartis to cut you lose from the Non Compete if you wish to get any job in the industry or move to Timbuktooo!
Actually if you are fired you should be okay. God bless and good luck
That is not true. The non compete does not go away if you are fired. They can still go after you if they want to. The reps in California are okay because their state doesn't recognize them. Check it out if you don't believe me.

If they fire you no way the non-compete holds up else why is Tapas leading sales at a hem onc lab taking his old clients from Genoptix. Try getting a non-compete to stick if you fire someone.
Tapas took a sales territory in another state and worked it for a year. He is from Louisiana and he took a territory in Texas. You can work for a competitor as long as you aren't calling on the same customers you called on prior to being fired. Tapas's non compete expired a few months ago which is why he's back in Louisiana wreaking havoc. You just don't know what you are talking about. A non compete can be enforced even if you are laid off. It just depends on the company and whether or not they are evil enough to try and keep you from earning a living. You can hire a Labor attorney to fight this in court but it will cost about $20,000.00. So STFU about things you know nothing about, you moron.

Did somebody wake up on the wrong side of the bed this morning?
Its true Tapas worked in Texas because that's where his lab is but he also had half of Texas when he was a DM at GX -- You Ahole. It is also true that within weeks of his getting his new job he began converting his old customers in Louisiana -- his old GX territory You Iidot!
God bless the clueless Aholes!

Whatever. When you get fired or laid off go to work for a competitor and see what happens. BTW, you're the Idiot AHole for waiting around to get let go. Also if the DM and DSC had any kind of relationship with those accounts Tapas couldn't have flipped them. Tapas opened all of those accounts and they were loyal to him not to the rep that replaced him when he was promoted.
