Make the oncology board better

There is very little to close to nothing about hirings, pay ranges and the oncology market.

I think that's partly the reason why some reps in oncology are working in big pharma making $95K/yr and driving a Ford Focus while others are at a biotech company making $145K/yr and driving a Lexus.

If you guys are reps in oncology, you would see that it's an us against them competition. Companies keep trying to push the primary care sales model on oncology reps which doesn't work here and just makes it harder for all other oncology reps.

When are the folks who come on here going to offer some transparency into their companies so maybe reps can get a stronger hand to play in this biz? A little knowledge is power. Oncology reps have always played it close to the chest and it's only helped make this biz harder and more like primary care selling.
