I do not deserve to stay. I have no desire to stay. BMS does not want me to stay. There will not be a place to stay for long...except in Ohio. Why the hell would I move to crappy place (NJ, OH) for a shitty job with a turd of a company? Give me my package so I can move on with my live.

I'm not convinced. You deserve to serve a minimum of 12 months of BMS hell. When completed, you deserve to be treated decently. Meaning, decently humiliated through a Written Warning period of 90 days or less, and then, if you haven't adequately done what they asked (and they will change how and what they ask of you), they will decently terminate you. If you're lucky to survive this 15 month period without giving them CAUSE to terminate you, you will get a severance package, but I wouldn't count on it.

You might be thinking that you don't deserve this kind of crappy treatment. You could volunteer to leave, but if you stay, you will join all the others that deserve every bit of it!

When will my prison sentence end? I've been serving hard time since 2008. I'm ready to be paroled or pardoned.
 




No I dont want to stay, I am waiting on my severance money. BmS leads everyone along like red dripping meat hanging from a hook with layoffs and severances and dates then kills you with lack of information now acts like they have no clue how to shut down a facility. Quiot dragging people along and give me my vacation money.
