So now that KS is in the RD seat do you think she will help squeeze out LH from his DM role? MUCH NEEDED! HOW FUN! How can someone under-manage so much?

Go Away!!!!! Whoever wrote this is mean spirited and just wanting to stir up trouble. Under-manage? Certainly micro-management, management with initimidation, managment by frenzy is not good managment!!!! Maybe you should concentrate on your own performance and stop stabbing others in the back. Go Away!!!!!

wow, 2nd poster is nasty. Agreed LH under-manages his team terribly. He let's it ride with his head buried until Jerry tells him to do something about it. How about coaching. What a concept, a sales manager should coach his team in order to become better at increasing revenue through sales. He's concerned about color, parent status, looks, who's who and who knows who, but definitely not coaching his team. He brags about being a trainer but according to his team has never coached any of them or made them better.
Mean spirited? With all the people getting cut from this company for performance that is completely out of there control due to the guidelines and insurance issues, why the hell can't we cut a shitty manager who isn't making a contribution...and it's obvious!!! Give his team 360's!

Are you guys talking about good old Larry Hanley? What a piece of work. How his is still a mgr is beyond me. The pharma industry passed by this guy at least 10 years ago.

LH is a great manager. He sets clear objectives, is organized, a great trainer, coaches effectively, is fair to his people and actually cares about them. Anyone complaining either did not do their job and was let go by him or it is someone that really does not know him. His people perform under his guidance and like him. So be it.
