Management

I think Management needs to be talked to about how they treat their employees. I spoke with HR about an issue and HR was a joke. HR told my boss I spoke with them.............
Now what do I do?

You sound like the head of HR at pathgroup. A complete fool!
Pathgroup is hurting these days with their EBITA. When do layoffs start happening? Is Chicago growing yet? Indiana still in the tank? Carolina still struggling? Getting smashed in Texas still?

It doesn't help management/supervisors cannot communicate well with there departments. On the regular you will come in to work and find some policy or way to do something has change and a few know whats going on. Dysfunction runs rampant at this company!

Reps are quitting pretty quickly and HR is taking their time replacing them, which saves the company money and makes it look like it's a little more profitable. If HR waits a couple of extra weeks to post a job, then it takes 3-5 weeks to find someone and hire them, they just saved 2 months of salary for the rep's position. every little bit makes us look more appealing to the competition to buy us.

Having open territories where nobody is selling and growing the business is not a business strategy. Just goes to show the simplicity of some posters thought process. Definitely an operations troll.

This comment is true, but yet uninformed. Opening a territory is the pure essence of a business strategy. You have a desire to have someone selling the region. Obviously this sales rep must believe that we are good enough for business to come in by itself. Try something new, try going out and actually selling. Don't waste company money on a phleb in that 1 provider family practice/internal medicine office. Actually use your "sales abilities".

Uninformed? Go back to the lab troll. If you could fix TAT, most of our issues would be solved. As for trying something new...look in the mirror at some point.

Amazing how sales hates the lab. You do know that nothing you really do makes a difference in the business? We get a lot of clients from our hospital connections. The Carolinas is basically dead, TX we put IOPs in 1 doc practices that don't make money or we client bill them for zero profit. What the hell are you sales reps doing? I'm sure your golf game is getting better daily.

My golf game is better now that the courses are open, thanks for asking lab rat!

Pathgroup thinks they are a quest.
Mgmt is a joke.
Be careful folks who are interviewing for this company. They will chew you up and spit you out. There is no trust here. Culture sucks!
