Just thinking about my worst manager in pharma ever. He would tell me ‘your clean your clean’. Apparently he was checking my samples, my calls, my gas card, my emails, etc……he didn’t hire me so he hated me. Apparently the Bms way was to fire anyone you didn’t like.

There was a girl on my team that was treated like that. Our manager checked her expenses and found nothing. He tried everything he could.

Had a manager do the same. He wanted rid of everyone he hadn’t hired. Never told anyone they did anything wrong just started torturing multiple reps. Had a rep he hired and loved and he gossiped with her about everyone on the team. She used her clout to then torture everyone. He allowed it. He’s been promoted. lol.
