And Cardiovascular care is like the titanic although this time there is much more time for the rats to scurry off to some other ghost ship
Yesterday we were abandoned once again by both a regional and district manager. There just has to be some guilt there, thanking the reps publicly for all the hard work and results and privately enjoying their golden status. Its just all a little sick! And Cardiovascular care is like the titanic although this time there is much more time for the rats to scurry off to some other ghost ship
You've got that right! We lost our district and regional managers and then, today we lost the interim manager. She never did squat as an interim and then had the nerve to get us all on a conference call so she could exalt herself. It was a bitter end. Jobs for them; nothing for us!
Boo fucking hoo
Just a matter of time. See what your reception is corporate America when your day arrives. They do not need a clown with fancy shoes to fetch coffee and make copies. We laugh at you-not with you. Self-importance is not a benefit to organizations.
Whoa... slow down there Little Fella! You almost sound like you were one of those reps that interviewed for a DM spot, probably for your own district, and lo and behold, they picked someone else instead.... someone else who had already stepped up and taken on more responsibility by doing, maybe (just a guess here), maybe a trainer role of some sort. Something that gave them an opportunity to shine, and to see the company from a different level. Something that you obviously lack.
Managers are being forced to play the game, counsel, role play androgel, etc etc etc most are interviewing and the nimrods, the ones who have reputations, are finding the doors closed at every turn. Karma finally comes back to bite them.
Exactly. The only thing more typecast than a pharma rep is a pharma district manager. Talk about a token position.
Gotta love it that the CV DM's are gonna soon be kicked into the shitheap where they belong. There are absolutely zero opportunities for managers anymore, period. All those who played the party line and had fun with their little power plays, will now see Karma at its finest.
The entire AbbVie management structure will be evaporating soon with CV leading the way.
Have already been hearing about many DM's and RM's that have been passed over for any openings, even in a rep position with AbbVIe and Abbott.
The days of wine and roses are over. The unemployment line awaits thee and its a long line loaded with "experienced" managers who have no real marketable skills.
Hope you saved those precious grants cause unemployment checks are pretty paultry.
KARMA KARMA KARMA!! LMFAO!!
