When you look at each company as a whole and what they bring to the table and what the future lies with each company-It is VERY bleak. There are very few products to launch in the coming year or years for that matter, WITH ALL COMPANIES!
The only way Pruden can take Bills job (when he retires) is to show the profits he has developed through the franchises he was in charge of. At this point he is failing miserably. So business 101 is to reduce as much overhead as possible. It already started with layoffs a few months ago. look at the overlap that exists already. Suture, Bio-surgery, Women's Health, Mesh, Aesthetics, & Bio-Pharm. That is at least 6 reps calling on the same accounts.
It's coming-major changes-not next month-but in the coming year or so. You will begin to see smaller moves occur first then-BAM-hit ya in the face-you don't have a job anymore- and good old gary gets prommoted
