Yeah, let the same HR people who for years (and continue to do so) turned a blind eye to senior leaders with direct and dotted lines of report engage in an unethical relationship, becoming an open joke amongst the entire sales organization. These same HR people you so badly want let these same senior leaders run Project North Star, allowing them to protect their favorites who came in from other companies. They also can’t let a few days go by without forcing another DEI call on you. They enable favoritism to take priority over competence. Be careful what you wish for.
