REALITY: Most AZ managers are "one hit wonders." They have one hit moment that propels them into a management position and there the majority stay with smug entitlement. They have no idea or ability to lead or coach/teach. Nor do they want to be held accountable for such expectations. They are just there to "justify" their superiors jobs so they preserve their own as a manager.
