Since when did all the managers here become crazy psycho micro managers? We are so tied up in conference calls , spread sheets, one on one calls after our regional calls .. filed rides , more spread sheets , wait now we have to push our PAs through because thats real compliant . What happened to just letting us do our damn job . How many people did you call on today . Hopefully it’s better than everyone else on your team , if not you will get called out . Did you sample everyone ? How many speaker programs can you do this month ? You may be 103% to goal , but your counter parts have done more programs .. let’s talk about that .

I am currently with Abbvie where the culture is absolute dog sh-T and was told to look into Axsome because they’re hiring a lot of Abbvie reps. Thank god I came across the SFM thread where I learned that the mastermind of ruining Abbvie is now doing the same at Axsome. No thanks! I’d rather lose my job, lose my house and panhandle on the street before ever working for that narcissistic b-tch again. I also heard from a friend at your company that the manager DP is a real D-bag! Heard the guy doesn’t work, misses his own conference calls, has chased off extremely talented reps and is absolutely despised by his team. No thanks!
