Florida isn't the only place! The whole southeast and mid atlantic are doing ok but we are doing nothing but working, being on conf calls, going to dinners and events at offices even on weekends! No time for anything but work. Fire these managers before its too late.
 




It's comical to me that they are a b* all year and all the sudden we get an appreciation email. Could it be more fake! Our manager and AD don't give a crap about us they just care about their payday. They expect us to burn ourselves out and beg for dollars even if the account already ordered. They are unwilling and inflexible.... Go away... Go away!

Allergan please teach these idiots how to be managers or get rid of them!
 


It's really fascinating to me that all of this talk is the exact experience I had. So sad because it's across the nation...not just certain regions. I used to vomit in my mouth listening to both my manager and sam in front of clients.

Maybe if manager (s), especially the one in the mid atlantic, were more concerned about the reps and the job they are supposed to be doing instead of getting free treatments and coming on to doctors by becoming a patient and spending her own money to try to get them to pay more attention to her and thus buy more junk they don't need, we/you might be better off! Shape med Spa is a business not a playground for your obnoxious RSM! Call her off please!! She is embarrassing herself and SkinMedica!
 


seriously RD! do you have anything positive to say ever?!? way to start off Q4 with lecturing us on a conference call....clearly, no matter what we do it's never good enough.

RD always assumes the negative in what we all do! :-(

This seems to be a clear conflict of interest violation.
 


No kidding! Nobody seems to care tho. Every time I see her she has had something else done by one of the accounts they already have and want more or are trying desperately to land. She will even spend her own money to have procedures if she can't flirt her way into it being free. Talk about no self respect!! And your SAM in this area is a loud mouth redneck hillbilly. We can hear him coming a mile away! SHUT UP southern boy! Why are you here again??
 


I'm a little confused? What happened to DD. He was super nice (unlike the original SKM managers) and was doing better than the majority of the Regional Sales Managers. All of his team and friends know that he was pushed out so that EJ could be promoted into his position. She's a little young to have the kind of experience needed to be a successful regional sales manager. Especially at SKM where nothing is easy. One should at least be a sales rep for SKM before they are actually promoted to manage the sales team. I hope that Allergan is aware of the unethical stunt that SKM pulled of pushing DD out so that they could transfer EJ into his position allowing for her to keep her job since she was relocating to his area. Allergan needs to puts a stop to this crap once and for all. Hey SKM corporate, do you think we are really that stupid? Once again, you are protecting the people in the inner circle. Give me a break.......She was HG's right hand man. I hope DD sues and get's his fair justice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

With the joke of HR dept skm has... Anything goes! I was shocked when I saw that dd was pushed out just so ej could keep a job as she was already relocating. So obvious and very unethical! Wouldn't fly in any other division of Allergan. When is it payday for the skm leadership team? Time for them to start packing their bags and stop ruining this company! And who the hell would ever go work for hg? Couldn't pay me a million dollars to work for that psycho!

So incredibly, terribly true. Things have not changed since I've left I see....sad because I really liked the job but the same issues still exist over 2 years later. I knew there was no way I could ever go to HR and my manager in the West was crazy and obsessive and a fumbling idiot. She showed up to work with me with a HUGE suit case, yet forgot to pack clothes......it was telling to me that I was working for a totally sad unorganized sad sack of s**t. And belittled me in a waiting area for not carrying around a document she felt was highly important, yet no one else on our team took it into offices. There were many violations that I could have reported, but I knew in the end I would never survive under her obsessive, controlling, needy behavior. Micro-management at it's worst. Thanks Kelly. Yes, you suck to work for. Turn and burn.

OMG she is so deformed already. What else could she possibly do to herself now? Nothing helps hide that nasty, self endulgent, phony interior and exterior! Shape Med Spa is not going to make you healthy. You actually have to work at something. Something more than flirting to get what you want that is!

I couldnt believe it when I heard DD was pushed out. He was one of the best managers we had. The fact that the ass bag from the Great Lakes region still has a job should tell you something about this company
