Something is up. I cannot believe how many think this is no big deal. It is not an industry standard. How are people falling for this? Somebody wants to decide who to keep.
I agree I’m going to make my resume look really really really good before I turn it in. I hope they decide to keep me based on my excellent resume because that’s the logical thing to do
