Manipulating hormones might cause some short-term weight loss, but in the long run, the patients will experience negative outcomes. Companies like Eli Lilly, Amgen, Novo, and all the others trying to tap this market are blinded by money. I have a bad feeling that our government will side with using drugs to combat the obesity epidemic instead of using common sense to make a ton of money.
