Maquet Servo Neo ventilator Fio2 issue

We have seen the Fio2 on these new neo vents fluctuate on certain settings. Looks like the nozzles on the air and oxygen are sticking open. These nozzles are replaced during the pm. Is anyone else having this issue, because it's widespread at my hospital. Maquet is claiming they don't know of any issues.
