Oh, it looks like the boys at upsher got thier itty bitty feewings hurt and removed a really funny and oh soooo true posting again. There, feel better? No one kisses you know what at upsher and the thought of people getting shipped off to marketing when they're incompetent or a cousin or both is just not true and unfair. Everyone knows the hard work ethic and talent of this individual and the thought that he or any of our boys in charge are only in place because they kiss up and not because of their outstanding talent is insane. I'm glad they got rid of a post like that.
 






Unfortunately, he is someone you can really grow to respect, but then he stabs you in the back to save his own job/neck by lying and selling others out who really made him look good through the years. He is so disappointing. I thought he was a leader and mentor. He is fake and definitely does NOT walk the walk. Too bad he doesn't live up to the ethics that he preaches. If you interview with him, he loves antecdotes, success stories, passion, and someone who will do his work while he plays with his kids. Good luck but don't give up your personal life to make him look good to everyone else. He will drain all your time and energy from you and still want more. He has a pretty bad temper and is a yeller. Not very genuine. He knows who he has betrayed because he avoids them. He "pinches" himself because of the job that he has and does not really earn it. He could be inspiring if only he was sincere.
 


In response to that last posting, that is sooo true about Mark Battenelli. He is the phoniest manager that I ever had while at Upsher-Smith Labs. He is a phoney and a fake. He will make you believe that he genuinely is passionate about what he is doing. He is passionate only about his collection of Mustangs. He is one of the biggest creeps at USL. There is nothing worst than believing someone is truly in your corner then you discover that they are a sham and will hang you out to dry. He can tell you what the problem is, but he has absolutely no solutions. He, however can probably get you a reservation at a good restaraunt since he is a former concierge.
 


Although it all may be true, this is not the venue to speak out against someone. I'm sure a retraction is in order. If he wants to right his wrongs, he should seek those out who he wants to mend fences with....when it comes to a mirror, you can run but you can't hide.
