As an employee AND a shareholder it is a cluster. Management is on some egotistical power trip! They are ignoring the field when we give feedback that is IF we give feedback, because given the chance nobody is speaking up for fear of retaliation. They are letting people go almost daily it seems and when only 10 or so territories are at or over 100% to goal that should tell you something about goals.
There are zero resources when it comes to access and pull through for anything other than commercial which in turn is causing frustration for the field and offices.
New management is completely clueless as to the disease state, the market, and it is coming off as insensitive to offices in a time of COVID resurgence.
The check the box mentality is completely unmotivating, and most if not all that aren't new are looking to leave.
Many are tired with all the pivots and offices are confused.
