Quite the mass exit lately. Not just reps but across all levels. Will someone notice? Care? Will they see this as an opportunity or just let it crumble? Everyone I talk to is open to leaving, not good news for the future. Japan…are you aware that the US (your biggest contributor to the bottom line) is sinking?? Your Japanese company is getting a real lousy employee reputation and starting to attract the bottom of the industry? The talking heads and people they keep plugging and playing aren’t getting the job done. The commercial and sales show was canceled because the story line is fictional and the characters are bad actors, no one is buying it. Your only hope is to find people who care and might be willing to work hard to save this place, not the lifers who are just riding it out to retirement. This is a real SOS, not a practice drill.
