People are leaving because no one is making money. The market has changed in a big part due to robotics, senior managment has failed to modify the comp plan/forecast so little money is being made. I personally am tired of busting my ass day in and day out and not getting paid as many here are- that is a big part of why people have left and will continue to do so. Indeed.com and medreps is the way to go.....on my last interview with bard next week. Best of luck to all looking to get out of here.
 


Just started Interviewing again, and Ive only been here a little over a year. Less then 10% of sales force is making any money. They keep telling us they are going to adjust our quotas but it will not happen. See you all at another company soon, cheers.
