"Czar of Quality". What a joke. The pencil pushers in quality should be held accountable for letting this go out the door. Their inability to do their job has put children at risk.
The McNeil Quality VP (VC) needs to go. She has made all the mistakes and doesn't want to accept them and blames her people. She is fit for nothing, big ego, only fire fighting.
