Absolutely ridiculous though!! But make sure you wear your MDINR badges every day or else!!!!

If you really believe wearing a badge will help drive MDINR growth you need to fully retire MM!!!

I see you don't like th pin wearing idea. Why didn't you speak up when you had a chance on the call so this could have been addressed? I need to find your location in order to address your concerns.

You also must remember we are trying to make this a focus. By focusing on this line we will see increased sales. It will have a buZz and be on everyone's minds. This should be a positive people! Please address your concerns directly with me. Everyone's success is our goal.

How about you fix the inherent problems w/MDINR before we "refocus"!!!???? Does anyone realize it is much more difficult to "resell" get a referral source to recommit to a service when they & their patients have been burned so many times??? Why is this so hard for anyone at corporate to grasp???? Oh yeah I forgot the sales organization is run by individuals w/little or no sales or sales management experience. Especially outside of Lincare.

How can they not verify benefits completely before shipping out a unit??? Do you have any idea how big of a cluster this has turned into? In addition how is this not fraudulent???

The CSRs at MDINR often do not fill in the com log or contact the center if they need additional information or corrections on the order. And the refuse to contact the patient or referral source for that order. So the order sits idle. And good luck if you call or email the CSRs to inquire about the order. 50/50 if you get a response.

I could go on and on. Yes we need to work to make up for lost revenues due to CB, but come on guys if MDINR was to be a focus these problems should have been taken care if years ago.

Get your house in order before threatening the field sales force. That call sounded like a Nazi propaganda speech. If anything that call had the opposite intended affect & in turn u personally lost respect for MM.

Oh, and the best part about all of this is the lack of attention to these matters by JJ for years. And what becomes of that lack of direction/leadership?? She gets PROMOTED!!!! If this individual could not fix the issues w/MDINR how in the world can she now be the effective leader of the entire marketing department??

This company is a house of cards. Growth solely by acquisitions is not a suitable strategy.

That in a nutshell sums up the problem with Lincare manager. Further threats to employees that bust their ass for the company, and truly care about their patients & coworkers. CADU is a false promise with the same individuals running the day to day operations of Lincare.
 


If you truly aren't happy here you can always just not show up tomorrow. Your office will move on and thrive. Your attitude cannot be good for mdinr growth that is for sure.

Oh, I am quite content with my position. My attitude is positive and I have turned around an underperforming center. Unfortunately you clearly state the prevailing attitude of management, don't like the way we do things then leave! Think outside the box, or try to improve processes, oh no we cannot do that at Lincare!!

Hopefully KH will realize to move forward she will need to clean house. Be accountable, right!! Current management has failed pure & simple. Keep promoting inept, unprepared individuals for positions of responsibility and this is what you get!

Time and time again we have given you the tools to be successful yet you come one an anonymous board to complain. Please address your concerns with your am so they can be dealt with.

Your job as a sales rep is exactly that. Get out there and fix the relationships that have been lost to increase sales. Coming on here complaining shows me you want to find excuses to not succeed.

A conference call threatening sales reps and telling them "this isn't hard folks get out there and sell or else" is NOT productive!

The people you are promoting to marketing to assist with sales training and product development/promotion do NOT know what they are doing. You cannot assist the sales force effectively with individuals not experienced or possess the knowledge/skills for this position. Promoting the best AVAILABLE person does NOT ensure Lincare is getting the best person for the position.

Yes, you are correct my job is to go out and repair the relationships, overcome obstacles and grow the business. And I have a track record of doing this very well with Lincare. I actually care about my job, my co-workers, the patients and the direction of this company. My "complaints' as you refer to them is calling out others publicly. There are individuals in marketing and corporate who have a very vague notion of what is truly going on out in the field. Specifically the problems with MDINR are not fixed!! I refuse to go into a referral source and lie to them that all is good within MDINR!!

Oh and I know what your response will be to this post "discuss this with your AM". Been there done that, and even taken it two steps beyond. NADA....

So I may have offended you and others. Instead of taking it personally and getting defensive, listen to what I am trying to communicate to you and use it as an opportunity to look at the business more closely and grow professionally.

If you cannot or will not make an effort to understand this, then I am done with you and I hope you move on to another company.

You have a track record of repairing relationships. Ok my question to you is how many did you repair last week? And how many are you repairing this week? I think many of you have this idea that you are so great. But a few mdinr orders per week is not greatness. Greatness would be 2 per day. 40 per month. And there is center's out there doing this. If you aren't you need to take a look in the mirror.
 










Let's get to the truth. I am very eager to begin working with you and your center to increase mdinr referrals. What is your center location code?

Ah despite the challenges and problem within MDINR been consistently top 10% growth centers for MDINR, but would certainly look forward to hearing your wonderful ideas.

Oh and to contact you directly I would need a name..... Sigh, have to hand hold everything w/MDINR!!!! Starting to get used to it though!
