Can anyone give me any details about the ENT position? I saw an opening for it in AZ and wanted to gain more insight before applying. Pay, QOL, Market Share, Quality of product, Competitors, Corporate Culture, etc. Any information is greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

I was in that division at one time. Very different comp package than the rest company. Talk to a recruiter, they can explain the differences. The differences are not on the positive side. I had a bad experience, but that's not to say you will. I don't like complainers on this site. Just look into expenses / comp etc. before you get in too deep.
I noticed an ENT position on your website. Is there an in-house recruiter I could send my resume to? If so, who is he or she?

Arthrocare is a good choice. New company called Sinusys has great start up possibilities. Acclarent has many opportunities.
