Yes everyone has a time to call in. All are the same phone number code.(per region) The only dofference is the time. If you have the same time as others in your region you are on the "big" call and you are safe. If no one in ur region has your time you are on an individual call. This is why it specifically states DO NOT call early. They do not want people to listen in on the calls for the not -retained people.Basically each regional has its own conf call number and will be waiting with HR for individuals to call in...the last call of the day for each region will be the large group call and those people are retained.
