Merger & Integrations Going Smoothly?

Not true at all. Yes, there were bumps in the road. But those bumps could have been mountains without the massive planning that was done. And each acquisition will be easier as they learn from the past mistakes.

If anyone undergoes an "easy" change, they simply are being blind to problems.

I'd say it has been a mixed bag so far but not quite as rosy as ^^^^ is suggesting. The impact has varied based on the area since SLN covered a much larger area than CL. I'm in an area that didn't have a CL presence, still sending work to the main SLN lab and things haven't really changed much from a local resources standpoint. The mergers have taken a toll on the resources and attention from corporate office, IT and higher up mgmt. Been some things promised which have come through like pain management program.

The areas where there was overlap between the two companies haven't fared as well. Talked to a buddy I've worked with for several years who is in an area where CL was strong. Now reporting to a CL manager that is playing favorites with the account manager who was under her previously. It sounds like a really bad situation. Open territories but ALL the resources, information, support and leads going to the "golden child". Other reps can't even get a phone call answered by the manager while one rep has the manager on every sales call. He's pretty frustrated been forced to stay away from offices and then they are given to the other rep or the other rep claims his closes. Really bad situation. Hope it gets fixed for his sake.

It will be interesting to see how it progresses if the company continues to bring on more acquisitions as has been promised.

You probably got out a good time. What area were you in?

DE is absolutely serving SG everything on a silver platter, people need to know the truth. The games being played in E TN are ridiculous. If anyone at Corp was even halfway engaged this would have ended months ago. Every account with any substantial value has for the most part been protected for her. DE has her own agenda, of which, shamelessly spoon feeding SG appears to be at the top of the list. Good people have already left, with this continuing more are sure to follow, get a clue upper management.

this is widely known. is human resources looking in to it?

Summer G. is a joke. From what I have seen, she is afraid to go into a big account without DE. SG is just a glorified appointment scheduler, cannot close on her own. If HR is not already aware, they will be soon enough. DE will continue to sweep stuff under the rug, but everything is eventually exposed....she of all people should know this.

get a life! and make an appt. with a shrink to let out the venom you are spewing.

The truth hurts sometimes, it will also set you free, it might be good to stop the games finally for once. Venom (aka TRUTH), but call it whatever you wish people all over the place know what is going on with SG and DE.

I wonder if GH will be enlightened about this situation as he calls "each and every rep" to get an understanding of the problems they are facing...

How do you mean protected and name a single account being protected in E TN.

Run little Solstas lab partners run. Huff Gary Huff the big bad wolf is ready to confuse you with the sales comp plan to line his pockets and screw the sales people. Just wait until Labcorp buys your little partner lab and all the rejects from Labcorp working for you now will be filling their little brown boxes and walking the hallway of shame once again.

LOL! Very creative. Sorry you are so angry. One never knows; LabCorp could possible end up buying Solstas. Doubtful because that is just not a part of the plan for the organization. However, IF that were to happen, labcorp would be buying back business they lost. You see, those rejects are busy taking business away from labcorp that are so very dissatisfied with the service they recieve. So, loose it and try to buy it back?? That is a labcorp plan!

Little bad wolf? That has to be one of Kings little butt kissers paid to watch cafe pharma. The only person who screws the sales people to line his own pocket is King himself. Quit giving yourself away Dave.
