The only way you stay is if the current territory is open and then you must interview for it. If your base is more than 50K a new hire will be cheaper and easier to set up. Activis just wants to be the large player in Uro and WH..so why acquire WC if they don't have any blockbusters? Surely, since they don't have any blockbusters (even though LoLoestrin is the number one branded pill and the profit margin on OC's are huge and they are currently getting worked by the WC WHC sales force) there would be no need to acquire/merge? No, fool. They want WC for all the OC's and for the large presence (salesforce) we have in WHC. Yes, there will e some overlapping, especially in URO, but get real, WC is very profitable and the salesforce has done great, and Activis wants that.
