Dear Management,
The stress associated with this job is beginning to question my dedication for long term employment. I know as a fact... the lack of training due to poor education at product launches is an issue. You have tons of new people and you need to begin with basics before you expand. EXAMPLE: MM new technology is launched but if reps don't understand MM they are running to catch up. Why didn't you have everyone do a MM module BEFORE the launch? Same thing goes for NSCLC.... let us prepare before we are thrown to the wolves!
EXAMPLE#2: Tech talks are great...if you can understand the speaker! You are wasting our time and getting us frustrated with presenters we can not understand.
EXAMPLE #3: Poor communication on what is expected of reps. Give a outline of modules that need to be done and what tests are required, in advance. Weekends or Fridays with last minute requests is just poor planning....what happened to Q of Life? We all need it, especially management!
I love the company but feel very unprepared every single day...and no time to learn the multiple tests we offer and how they are done.
I am sincere in writing this and want you to improve . I am too young to get gray hair, and I am too proud to dye it.
