What is a JOKE is the fact that many of you still believe in this poorly run company. I am speaking to both divisions.
Ask yourself the following questions:
1) Will I be better off next year if I stay with Exeltis?
2) Will I make more money?
3) Will I still be employed a year from now? The Derm team really needs to think this one through!
Now, before you answer these questions, I want you to review the past history for 5 years.
