For which business? I would think Pharma and MPT could get target or even slightly above but HST will be probably be much below

HST is a disaster, ALL cashflow is a disaster, so no you will be lucky to get anywear near 100% another legacy from Joe to change MICP to global perfomance and not related to any of the work you do in your local geography .

Also Pharma will make it because of the massive sandbagging in Compounding budgets , year after year compounding miraculously gets virtually no growth and then surprise surprise exceeds plan by 10s of millions of dollars , ANZ beat plan by $80 Million - Yep thats right $80 million, no one ever looks at the market growth there and gives them an appropriate budget . Even Low Joe didnt expose that fraud !
2025 will be as Talking Heads classically sang " same as it ever was"

I am not so sure this is accurate. In my team we had people who got even over 100% but are not laid off. It may be something to keep an eye on and see if your theory is in fact accurate.

Which dept are you in? Just curious how did you get ovet 100% MICP. My region did 110% & i just 90% because global didnt hit its #s.
