More IT Layoffs

I can't believe Quintiles laid off another 40 or so IT employees. They keep on cutting the workers but continue to keep the people that are useless in the organization like RS and NH. Honestly, if you kiss their butts, you will be safe and sound.

NH gets promoted even after two years of distributing corporate smart phones and other wireless devices to his family and friends to use and abuse. Pretty sad. It seems like these things get swept under the rug and people responsible for the financial side like SR turn a blind eye for the fear and sake of loosing her job.

All in all, it really is ridiculous that good people lose their jobs, but at the same time corporate criminals get promoted, abuse their power and increase costs for personal satisfaction. How ironic.

Don't believe me? Wait till Quintiles goes public and documents will be released showing evidence that NH willing gave out wireless devices to people outside the company. I am sure that the investment community and analysts will have a field day. Stay tuned for more.
 
Theres no way that any of that will be in public documents. Thats not how it works. Figures and dollar amounts of spending are in there. Names of people who get phones or any other device will not be in public offering documents
 
They are corrupt and unethical ... Espeacially those freaks in IT. Speaking from personal experience. Im glad they did layoffs hopefully the entire IT staff at OPK was included.

A better question would be "why does Cafe Pharma have so many bitter trolls?". I've scanned many of the CRO message boards and it seems each company has at least one or two trolls who commonly claim "this is the worst place to work". Rarely do any of these posters offer anything substantive, or accept responsibility for their decisions and/or job performance. It's always something or someone else. But more importantly they choose to remain in an unsatisfying "miserable" environment.

Bitter because the Quintiles employees are tired of the disrespect shown by the leadership team. Bitter because they are sick of the stupid decisions made by the leadership team. A person can only take the BS so long. May Quintiles continue to lose contracts to other CROs and fail miserably. Quintiles leadership team sucks at managing the company and sucks the life out of the employees.

SO WHY STAY? Surely you have skills and experience that is marketable, no? It's funny how people like you hope Quintiles fails miserably, just like the other fellow in this thread hopes that all OPK employees were laid off. If either of you had any marketable skills, you would move on. But no, you have NONE so you and the other loser can do NOTHING but wish misery and failure on others. You are a pathetic and bitter person. If anything I question Quintiles leadership for hiring people like you. Do yourself and the company a favor: QUIT

You are assuming that anyone posting is a current Quintiles employee. Could it be that you are pathetic because you are too ignorant to realize when a company treats employees poorly? Did it ever cross your mind that people leave companies and want to warn others to stay away? Your thought process almost guarantees that you are part of the inept leadership team of Quintiles. Also, your immaturity permeates as you refer to people as trolls. Do you have a Q tattoo on your forehead?

My problem is with the trolls, yes trolls who put out a rant with NO evidence to support it. Saying the same thing over and over does not make it right. Offer some substance or kwitcherbitchin.

"Did it ever cross your mind that people leave companies and want to warn others to stay away?" What type of small minded ignoramus would listen to what you call "warnings" on Cafe Pharma? In case you haven't seen, just about EVERY CRO message board has disgruntled current or ex employees whining about "this is the worst place to work". Get a clue. Most people I know are intelligent enough to network and use other means to investigate whether or not they'd like to join an organization. Look at the statement in this thread from the troll "wishing there were more layoffs". Does that sound like a warning to heed or rather is it some fool on his 8th Coors Light drooling at his keyboard ranting? He could barely form a sentence. You go ahead and call that a "warning". I call it a rant and I will make my own informed decisions, thank you.

Why are you such a cheerleader? You must be a member of the leadership team as you have no clue what goes on internally at Quintiles. The place is a chaotic mess. Why don't you pull your head out of the dark place you have it stuck and maybe you would see the mismanaged, disorganized and terrible work environment that permeates throughout Quintiles. You may be surprised when you remove your head from the dark place and open your eyes to the reality of Quintiles.

There will not be many cheerleaders in Quintile when the new guy does what he did in his previous job. And that is shift 90% of the work to low cost countries.
