More leaving.....

Two RMS and a HAE specialist left within a couple of weeks of eachother- I thought someone was recently getting props for FINALLY filling ALL of the vacancies- guess that lasted a whole 12 hours. More to come too! Hope the execs enjoy interviewing and the 6 to 9 months It takes for new people to learn the job.

Wow, six HAES since the beginning of the year and at least one more within 30 days. Remember Vin did say ViroPharma isn't for everyone. How much $h!t will top brass endure? By Vin's testimony 14-15 (47%) of the existing 32 territories will/are taking 6-9 months to ramp up. Is this a sound business strategy?

We know what the solution is but it won't happen.

I heard one rep left in July and another in August. Hello McFly? Bueller..., Bueller...., Bueller?Did we give up when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? Moon River... Are you using the whole fist doc?

Another HAES just left and more are lined up at the door. And get this - 6 of the 8 MSLs have now resigned in the past 6 months! This place sucks all around. Ron & Paul apparently have rubbed off on Med Affairs. Wonder what the story is there?

I was just contacted by a headhunter who said there were multiple territories open nationwide due to an "expansion". Is this the case, or are these simply vacant territories that need to be filled due to turnover?

The territories the headhunter is working on:

Kansas City (NE IA KS)

Tulsa (OK AR)

Minneapolis (MN ND SD)

Baton Rouge (LA and some TX)

Columbia/Greenville (SC and some NC)

New York City (up to Yonkers)

Cherry Hill (South Jersey and DE)

San Diego

Salt Lake City (UT NV)

Homewood AL (AL MS FL panhandle)

due to leaving the company. 4 of those were let go due to lack of attaining the required 8 patients for the year.

Douchebag has been recruiting for St. Louis for 3 months now, when u think you have a great company , promote it, don't look down at your interview sheet the whole time and not make eye contact!

Stupid move by the MSL that left. went to a company that got bought out and now....well you know the drill. No job. I guess she can spend more time on the golf course since she didn't work anyway.
