Just started interviewing for MS position. Obviously not many people post positively on here but role was made to sound too good to be true. Medication with outstanding results and new(ish) six year data, no cap commission with decent numbers for 100% to plan hit, good territory sizes. What’s the biggest thing I may be missing? Are layoffs or a reorg imminent? Goals actually unattainable? Just looking for some truth.

Read back through the thread three times before asking this buddy. Zero consistency with answers and threads spans across 2-3 years or more. Looking for answers for the current work environment. If you have nothing to add but criticism to a question, see yourself out.
