I’m enjoying the multitude of LinkedIn posts from our Merck subsidiaries that don’t share any reflection on the countries population
All white teams where the population of non whites range up to 40%
Take Holland for example with a non white population of 25% - non reflected in their posts!
Germany, Italy, Spain, I could go on

Get a grip. Own the bias and stop acting like you are inclusive!

In my experience as someone from the US working regularly with South Americans, Europeans, and Asians, they each seem to love pretending that they have some imagined sense of moral superiority to the Americans on the subject of inclusivity.

In reality, I’ve often found my coworkers from these countries to be openly and disgustingly racist on a level that would never fly in the US.

I’m with you on her but agree with her point on these Countries claiming diversity. They are all led by washed up white men from the old days of Merck. We needed somewhere to throw them! Look at Holland, they sent Brian W there, enough said
